| Northern Kentucky Baptist Association is committed to serving the communities of Northern Kentucky. There are a variety of opportunities for churches and individuals to be involved in our area. Please explore these opportunities below and contact our office if you have any questions. |
Airport Chaplaincy
The NKBA is a supporter of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Interfaith Chaplaincy Program. Its purpose is to provide pastoral ministry to the passengers, visitors, and employees of the airport. The chapel is located in Terminal 3 on the baggage claim level and includes an area for prayer and meditation. The chapel's importance and value is demonstrated by the multitude of people who pass through and use the airport each day. We are aware that there are many needs, hurts, struggles, and crisis situations that occur each day. We extend hands of friendship and compassion to those in need, whomever they may be. Chapel volunteers are available each day. Please plan to volunteer at least a couple of hours each month to this program. For more information or to volunteer for this ministry, contact Cliff Wartmann by email at [email protected] or by phone at 859-746-1417.
Baptist Campus Ministry @ NKU
Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Northern Kentucky University is a student organization that seeks to help students know and follow Jesus and to reach our campus for the Gospel. We have weekly and special events held at the Baptist Student Center, the building between the dorms and Landrum. There are many events, but their main focus is 6:33 - their Tuesday night dinner and worship starting at 5:30pm during the fall and spring semesters.

Disaster Relief
The Northern Kentucky Baptist Association assists in the sponsorship of a regional Disaster Relief Unit of the Kentucky Baptist Convention. We maintain a full complement of volunteers, equipment and supplies. Our unit is very experienced, having traveled to many points both within and outside of Kentucky.
About Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief
When disaster strikes, some of the first to respond with help are Southern Baptist disaster relief volunteers. Kentucky has an active disaster relief program that works in concert with similar programs in other states. Whether the disaster occurs in Kentucky or elsewhere in the nation or the world, Kentucky volunteers may be called out to help.
For more information, visit Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief.
